The hotel offers clean and well-maintained rooms with a nice selection of complimentary tea and coffee; however, it may not be ideal for non-smokers due to the potential smoke odor. The value for money is reasonable.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, providing a great view from the 10th floor, but unfortunately, we faced a strong tobacco smell on the 1st floor despite requesting a change. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Taksim Square and the metro station, but the service was a bit inconsistent, with some helpful and friendly staff like Maryam, while others seemed to ignore guests' needs.

The hotel was beautifully clean, but the rooms were very small for two persons to stay. The service was very friendly and helpful, although the rooms didn't get much light from the window. The location was fantastic, making all trips easy to do, although the rooms are extremely small. The dining experience was lovely and delicious, with the best simit ever, but the room size was a challenge for two persons.

The service was incredibly kind and friendly, making our stay feel like a reunion. The location was ideal, within walking distance to Taksim and with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was rich in variety, although more options for meat lovers would be appreciated. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
